1. Fraudulent Applications are Punishable by Law
Using PSAHelpline.ph to apply for documents with fake details, or without the legal right to do so,
is considered an intentional act of fraud. This is a severe violation of the Data Privacy Act of
2012 (Republic Act 10173). Offenders will face criminal prosecution.
2. Unauthorized Claiming is a Criminal Offense
It is illegal to present an ID to our couriers to claim a document without the
owner’s knowledge and consent. Doing so will result in legal action against you.
